Growing up in Austin Texas, amongst several generations of Texans, instilled in me a deep connection to my roots. Being a first-generation college graduate opened my eyes to the possibilities of life through empowerment, self-discovery, spirituality, and understanding one's values and purpose.

With over two decades of experience, I’ve had the privilege of providing guidance in education, to families, counseling college students, working professionals, and various communities. With a Master’s Degree in Counseling, with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy, I specialize in healing relationships by insight, understanding of unhealthy relational patterns, past trauma, and generational healing.
